This is a specially designed Skat-Trak 14 Vane 160mm pump for Yamaha skis. It uses a floating drive shaft which is included in the pump price. This pump comes with a special hybrid dual impeller specifically designed to fit the pump and floating driveshaft setup.

An adjustible billet pump tail cone is included with the pump.

This is the same exact pump design which has rocketed the "Green Hulk" Yamaha Turbo FZR to speeds in the upper 90 mph range with a mild pump gas tune.

This pump utilizes a floating driveshaft design for a few great reasons:

1) It enables use of a special hub design on the main drive impeller which improves performance.

2) Use of the floating shaft design allows use of a much better pump seal system which keeps water out of the bearings.

3) Removing and replacing impellers is much easier with this design. No more having to worry about impellers seizing up on the shaft like with traditional Yamaha style pump shafts.

VERY IMPORTANT: Impeller pitch will depend on your level of modifications. Please list all modifications of your ski as well as your desired RPM range in the comments section when you place the order in our online store.
