Important Notes: This service is only required for select powersports models with the MG1 ECM. Please confirm model before purchasing. Customers are required to have the BRP or Polaris/Indian OBDII Adapter Cable for tuning. This service is not compatible with Honda powersports models. ECMs with broken “LOCKING” tabs or connectors WILL NOT be accepted for upgrades.

Service Notes:
-ECMs must be free of physical damage, with intact connectors and tabs. All units must be fully functional prior to upgrade service.

-For Sea-Doo tuning, this upgrade service is still compatible with a BRP B.U.D.S. flash, so no concerns if your ECM has to go back into the dealer for an update or recall.

-This upgrade service does not alter the ECM’s VIN programming. Sending in a spare MG1 ECM will return it with its original programming and may require dealer reprogramming for functionality.

-Tuning with other tools is not supported.

-These ECM services are completed at the owner’s risk. HP Tuners will not be responsible for the vehicle, its powertrain, or electronics, nor how the ECM is used, calibrated, and its functionality.

-Due to the factory location of the ECM in the vehicle, all ECMs will exhibit signs of weathering and wear, which is completely normal.
