The TTR Billet intake manifold for the Yamaha 1800 engines Jet-ski was developed with the most advanced software simulation available to perfect air distribution under extreme applications, using internal carbon fiber velocity stacks and a plenum size and design capable of keeping equal air flow distribution.

This product is also proven on our race/development jet-ski, the FuelTech Compound Turbo and Supercharger, with over 55psi of boost and confirming that with 0% individual fuel trim the EGT to be less than 20 degrees F apart on a 1450 degree F range! Very impressive for us and for sure on the absolute top level.

The intake manifold is designed to be used with 4 injectors which with current technology like our FT Injectors are capable of fueling any power level, as for example 4 of the FT Injector 240lb/h high impedance can feed +1000hp on E85.

It is compatible with traditional RIVA Racing fuel rails (which may need to be drilled to 11mm top feed for the FT Injectors), which is not included.

It seals with provided o'rings to the cylinder head, on the plenum assembly and on the throttle body.

Throttle body pattern is compatible with the stock Yamaha (SVHO or HO) electronic throttle body (will require 6mm adapter) or the Bosch Motorsports 68mm electronic throttle body which is typically the preferred.

This intake have the throttle body facing to the rear of the jet-ski typically for Turbo conversion and reduce the length of the intercooler piping.
