The OBDII Adapter Cable – Yamaha 3-Pin allows HP Tuners interfaces to connect to supported Yamaha marine applications for diagnostic and data monitoring functions.

NOTE: These cables enable diagnostics functions only, NOT flashing/writing. Please see OBDII Adapter Cable – Yamaha Marine for flashing cables.

Overview
The OBDII Adapter Cable – Yamaha 3-Pin allows HP Tuners interfaces to connect to supported Yamaha marine engines for diagnostic and data monitoring functions.

This adapter cable connects the Yamaha 3-pin diagnostic connector to an MPVI3 or MPVI4 interface, enabling communication with VCM Scanner for live data monitoring and engine diagnostics.

Using VCM Scanner, users can review engine parameters, monitor performance data, and identify diagnostic trouble codes to better understand how the engine is operating on the water.

This cable is designed specifically for Yamaha marine diagnostic access and does not support calibration writing. Please see OBDII Adapter Cable – Yamaha Marine for flashing cables.
