Designed to be a direct drop-in replacement for the OEM valves and requires no machining of cylinder head.

Sold in sets of 12 (6 Intake/6 Exhaust).

This complete Supertech valve kit is engineered for Sea-Doo 4TEC engines and includes a full set of high-strength, single-groove valves and keepers designed for high boost, high RPM, and long-term reliability. The kit consists of 12 valves total (6 intake and 6 exhaust) along with 24 single-groove valve keepers.

The intake valves are lighter and stronger than stock, weighing approximately 42 grams each, while the exhaust valves weigh approximately 40 grams. The cylinder head design promotes improved airflow while maintaining excellent structural strength. All valve stems are hard-chrome plated for increased wear resistance and extended service life.

Intake valves are manufactured from premium EV8 (21-4N) stainless steel, the highest grade available for valve applications. This material offers exceptional strength, corrosion resistance, and durability. The intake valves are one-piece forged and finished with Supertech’s black nitride coating, which creates a harder surface, smoother finish, reduced friction, and longer valve life.

Exhaust valves are constructed from high-temperature nickel-based super alloys such as Inconel 751 or Nimonic 80A. These materials are specifically chosen for their ability to withstand extreme heat in turbocharged and supercharged applications. The exhaust valves feature one-piece forgings, hardened tips, and Supertech’s superfinished stems for maximum durability under high boost conditions.

This set includes high-strength single-groove valve locks and is fully compatible with Supertech KPR-6S/7 keepers, ensuring precise fitment and hassle-free installation.
